SAW -DVI型機是本公司新推出的新型非接觸式電容儲能螺柱焊機 ，它采用了傳統(tǒng)接觸式焊接技術(shù) 和先進的非接觸式焊接技術(shù)并行的工作方式，有充電速度快、焊接飛濺小、薄板反面痕跡小等突出優(yōu)勢。本焊機還采用了焊接微處理技術(shù)，對焊接時序、儲能電容釋放能量大小進行了控制，并且對工作狀態(tài)進行了必要的監(jiān)控。SAW-DVI型機可在低碳鋼、不銹鋼、鋁和銅等金屬板材上直接焊植相應的螺釘，最大焊接厚度可達10mm。具有操作簡單、使用方便、焊接牢固不變形等特點?？蓮V泛應用于汽車制造、航空、造船、五金加工、裝飾、建筑、電梯制造、廚房設(shè)備、鍋爐制造、板金、高低壓開關(guān)板、配電箱、保溫隔熱等各種行業(yè)。
